The flag and entry.desktop file is not a Keyboard issue, it is a Localization
issue .. Mohammed Elzubeir is working on localizing the KDE .. that involves
adding the flag, Country name, Currency name, Time format, date format, etc
..

I don't mean these flags
I mean the flag which appears in the kde layout section for the arabic kde layout
if u look there u will see that every layout have two letters an a flag
for example :
the hebrew layout : il + Israeli flag
the russian layout : ru + Russian flag
the American english layout : us + American flag
and etc
so we should have :
the arabic layout : ar + a flag
the flag should be placed in : $KDEDIR/share/locale/l10n/ar/flag.png
or we'll end up with : ar + armanioun flag (which we don't want to)
u can try it urself and see
