OK, I think the mailing-list archives are all fixed-up and done now
unless Mr. eagle-eyes (youcef - mashala) finds something else.  The
only issue remaining now is with regard to forcing the browser to
switch to UTF-8 encoding by default (I think this has to do with
Apache.. not sure though; I already include all the necessary meta
tags).
