New accounts + Crontab

Anmar, could you please do the follow-up with the new registered accounts as 
I'm not going to do it for the few coming months. The reply emails templates 
are on localcvs depending on the user type: developer/translator/artist/PR. 
It's not a big deal, but sometimes you have feedback, and you have to reply 
and I'm ot sure I can/want(?) to do it in the few coming months.

Oh, and please be sure to look from time to time on the crontab logs (funny 
things happen sometimes). At least once a week:

$ ssh -l arabeyes razi
$ mutt

Sorry, but it's too easy to assign you tasks when you're not there ;)
