PS: The users receive this message by steps of 14 days. ie 3 times in 30 days.
PS2: The accounts are not deleted automatically for safety. A list is rather created, and accounts should be deleted manually.
PS3 (unrelated): Take a look from time to time on the cron logs. Hint:
