presentation with new backgound

After a few background/color and format changes - here is the most
interesting and professional output I was could come up with.   If you
guys don't have objections we'll simple adopt this as the standard
look-n-feel for any presentations (baring a major shift in the future
and the addition of a logo (yeah right :-))

Let me know if anyone has objections.  Otherwise, Mohammed please include
it under "About" in a "Presentations" section (or something similar).

BTW: look at the content again - the numbers (hits per day, commiters, etc
     might need to be updated).
