Agree .. but I will try to sort it out with them rather than stop and hult the 
whole issue .. infact I will ask them to send a sample file for me .. I will 
send them a file ( a already existing KDE file) and see how do they perform 
in terms of syntax, semnatics, translation quality, and so ..
