I find it very non-intuitive and difficult to work around *effectively*.
You've got to hop on links here and there a lot to get things done.

May be it was not used for a REASON? you know, sometimes one has to
reflect on the causes of the failure of some implementation. Slapping to
use the same tools over and over while they are demonstrably not
working, without giving good reasons is absurd.

May be the solution is better documentation, or making people more aware
of documentation, raising awareness in the wiki, or outright replacing
the system. As it stands, SOMETHING has to be done, and it is not to
just direct people "over there".

I appreciate the lack of contributors and all that. But not being used
at all?!
