As noted, I know close to nothing about Javascript. You can see the
code both in CVS and its now live, do please provide some replacement
code and/or add-in your changes so I can test it out. Pasting to the
form should also be treated properly - do please try to fix that as
well.
BTW: any further testing ... ?
