Actually, patches also transit via bugzilla ;)

Anyway, please try to:

1. Update your CVS copy and build the patch against that fresh version.
2. Include ALL the changes to the (single) patch file. Please refer to the 
links Nadim sent you earlier.
3. Subscribe for a Buzilla account and submit your patch there.

This should not take more than 15 minutes ;) Anyway, if you don't have time 
right now, I see no problem in wating a few more days.
