Salam,

You must change the $hosturl variable to 
'http://www.arabeyes.org/~amohamed/www' in arabeyes.php. The links then will 
point inside your website.

About the commit, you simply 'cvs commit' your files. Be sure not to commit 
arabeyes.php which contains the db pass (unless you make changes to it and 
then you must remove the login info before you commit it).
