Linux management for windows????

alsalam aleikom,

I have Ethernet Lan of a few windows desktops, and want to share that 
desktop,
and voice chat with single Linux workstation one at a time.
this workstation used also as data backup archive for windows 2003 based 
server
what is the suitable destro and  aplecation??

لدينا شبكة صغيرة من عدة أجهزة تعمل على ويندوز
نريد التحكم ومشاركة سطوح المكتب كل على حدة مع جهاز يحمل لينكس
كذلك التخاطب الصوتي المباشر
سيستخدم جهاز لينكس أيضا كمخزن احتياطي لبيانات مخدم ويندوز 2003

ما هي نسخة لينكس والبرمجيات المناسبة؟؟؟
