Would some one who understand this issue report it to the correct component 
(xorg?) and tell us about it.

Do I also need to tell you that ICU hangs with the best font ever 
LotusLinotype or are you following the bug at 
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=33003
