time you feel the urge to mail such an email to the list - you should
rethink it again and again and decide against it.  Simple note a URL and
please don't mail the page's content again.

Keep in mind that such acts are frowned upon and that you (and we) have to
respect and keep in mind people's mailboxes and their preference to the
size of emails they'd expect to receive.

Again - do NOT mail such emails again and simply note a URL.
