It turns out the gimp-tiny-fu is a modified version of gimp-script-fu.

And Anas has just completed gimp-script-fu (He's an amazingly fast
translator). So gimp-tiny-fu is also mostly translated (I had to
complete 15 more strings)

This is all too cool, two birds with one stone :-) Thanks Anas.
