It just grabs the list of given files, checks them with msgfmt and
commits them to cvs.
It's done ATM.
I'll improve it some time so it doesn't commit if there are
untranslated messages, or if msgfmt returns errors, and probably
provide revision number of committed file. Once I do that I'll upload
it to cvs for all :)
