I had a problem viewing the translated Arabic pages for firefox created with notepad using UTF-8 under windows unless I choose Arabic Windows Encoding . However, other Arabic web pages online that uses UTF-8 are displayed in Firefox with no problem. Ayman should I modify the dir to RTL or keep it.
