Mozilla translations into APT

Ayman, you might also want to start (Mr. Christian Perrier might be
able to help :-) looking into getting the mozilla translated files
into Debian's APT repository.  I'm sure the process to get them
accepted and packaged will take a bit longer in the beginning and
so it might be worth-while to start the process before work is fully
completed (if the process needs to be documented and/or script let
us know).  The following packages are already listen in Debian's
APT and we look forward to seeing 'ar' list there soon :-)
