Salam Munzir,

First of all, thank you _very_ much for getting the translators to
register ;) Although, after a long debate in core, there was a deadlock
(2 - 2) of whether we should make this mandatory. With that being said,
if this, in the near future, presents itself to be more of a hassle than
it's worth, we will revert back to having you commit on their behalf.

I would also recommend that you do not start with KDE. I need more time
to set this up. The wordlist is a good place to start with, however, you
are free to decide on which projects are a priority. Certainly not
Fedora though (as our status with them is currently unknown).

Since you will be working with those individuals, I don't need to remind
you to have them follow the things we have already been doing (in terms
of terminology, etc.). If there are suggestions to doing things
differently (translating things differently that is), which I am _sure_
will come up, it would be great to have that brought up so it would be
something everyone can benefit from right away.

With that being said, I think it would be a good idea for you to join
the QAC and participate in the various discussions/decisions taking
place there.

I will have their CVS accounts ready the minute their applications are
replied to (I think Nadim has been doing this so far, phew!).

Regards
