Which I changed...

But nadims true in saying that other files in the gnome tree are not
utf8 and that it is my resp to clean this out.
Still at least for the desktop and the desktop libs all are utf8, as
said in the other mails.

I am not closing an eye, I only said what i thought technically is my
point of view pls don't understand me wrong.
That's why I pointed to the gnome status page because I knew something
in that dirction will roll over my neck ;)
