Like I said in previous emails -- the directions are set via the CSS.
Have a look at any of our docuements now (all html versions are derived
from XML versions). The stylesheet used is the one that sets the
direction of the text.

Yes, since it's not something docbook itself worries about.

Hrmm.. I'm not sure about this. If you feel that DocBook/XML is not
do-able, please then consider OpenOffice.
