That's right. The reason why I told you to use Anmar's
builds, is AFAIK that they were created with the .PO's
we have on our CVS and we wanted to check the
translation quality in general as well as the Arabic
features. Anmar? Any comments?

You are right, we have the latest 1.1.1 builds using the translations that are currently in arabeyes cvs. 


It is a disaster with regard to Arabic support.
Even Tahoma font makes the text corrupted.
Try to use it if you can, and let us issue some


I would be very interested in knowing the details and what is wrong. Please do let me know. there is another distribution of OOo called Ximian-oo. I have a new version checked out from CVS and compiled ready for consumption. I did not post it so people woun't get confused. Anyway.. it only works on linux ix86

Yes, what are the disasters? Is it regarding using
Harakat? or shaping or exporting to PDF?
