That's because you're already in Phase 2 :-)

Please, just finish those remaining strings (i.e., don't try to review the 
file now). As soon as we've 100% strings translated, I'll make an 
announcement and then begin (the looong) QA process (phase 2), and you can 
work exclusively on Fedora.
