This is kind of a unique issue (abiword && epiphany). I would simply recommend that we add a translate/abiword and a translate/epiphany to our CVS (outside of the gnome/ tree). Since neither of those two applications are part of the GNOME project, it would be misleading to keep it under translate/gnome/. Simply 'import' the po's in their new locations on Arabeyes' CVS. Refer to the CVS HOWTO on how to use the cvs import option. I would also caution you not to let such things distract from completing the core of GNOME and its official applications/utilities.
