Hmm, strange. Indeed, many dictonaries say it's a dark-blue color.

However, in the computer world, cyan approaches more light-blue than 
dark-blue... Look at: http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyan

Maybe in arabic, it should be translated to 'azraq-akhdar' or something. But 
I am not sure yet !
