I think this is a bug in Kde and it is as I do believe already corrected 
in the CVS, as it is the same bug of the korganizer when saving calendars.

Just be paitient and try to figure out the other concepts of the system 
to prepare your self to full arabic support in the coming days (maybe 
weeks, or monthes, but it is open, independent and free  :) ).
