I do share this thought too. I however don't have much else to say. I'm not 
sure we can do anything. Unless someone is willing to give a huge time 
thinking of something that might address the problem (translating POs via web 
for ex ?)... Anyway, I don't think we have enough strength to get into that.

All we can do now is ask people directly to translate some files. Which I'll 
do hopefully before the end of this day :-)
