cvs writers

Mohammed, when you give people CVS access (ie. you add 'em to the
writers file), do please also include them in the 'cvs' mailing-list.
I've seen the last 3 or 4 people that you've added not included to the
'cvs' mailing-list.  They also need to know that they've been added
and that they are not to mail anything there themselves (ie. it is
done for them automatically), so I'm not sure of your procedures with
regard to this topic per se (outside of bugzilla), but do work this in.

BTW: I've added those that needed to be there.
