Got the info (thanks).  I am indeed thinking of starting a new database
called 'qamoose' that includes all the qamoose stuff within (the 2 required
tables).  The current 'arabeyes' db is related to the website content
(including some registration stuff and some project content status/news,
etc).  Having a separate qamoose database makes sense to me.  Let me know
if you think otherwise.

I'm not sure how you list the owners of the databases and their permissions;
oh well.

Yeah, we've been doing that by hand - but its a nuisance.  I'll try to
write a perl script to do that for us then.

Yeah, well I'm trying to reignite that effort.  I'll ping the new people
looking into it for their comments.
