I have CVS'ed the 'final' version of the translator guide.

PS: The last thing to do now is to make a 'Projects List' html page(called 'tasks list' in the document, which has to be changed). It will list the different projects KDE/Gnome/Full_Wordlist/Static_pages? with a small description (partly done). So a newcomer can choose one. This projects list is different from a tasks list that coordinators maintain ;)
