Mohamed, I have 2 little questions :-)

1- Are the accounts created automatically when registering ? If not, when 
are they created ? (CVS and web accounts).

2- Is it possible to create a 'tmp' directory on the website in order to 
make temporary documents accessible. I am thinking of something like 
www.arabeyes.org/tmp/translator_guide/. Accessible of course from LocalCVS 
so we can commit changes.

I need this info in order to answer the recently registered person.
