Re: coop with the tunisian assoc: great great great news

OK .. I will throw some ideas here, some are stupid but this is what
brainstorming is :-)

- building Arabic shaping libraries in the X level

- automating Arabic spell checking ( Theory and practice)
+ getting the root letters of any word
	+ making SMART suggestions

- automating Arabic Grammar checking ( Theory and practice) ( it is already
	there in 2 commercial products)
+ knowing the position of the word in a sentence
+ knowing the function of the word from it's structure
	+ making SMART suggestions

- automation of Tashkeel Any Arabic text ( Adding the harakat)
	+ Knowing the root letters
+ knowing position and function of each word
+ making the most accurate and smart tashkeel

- Auto summarizing Arabic text.
+ Knowing the main words/sentences in a paragraph
+ formulating correct sentences that represent a summery of the text

- Voice recognition for Arabic ( Speech and command recognition)
- OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for Arabic

I don't want to go further in suggestions while what you are looking for is
more of theory things than practice .. Most of the above have a academic
aspect .. I am sure if you dig more into the system layers ( X, glibc) you
will find limitations of Arabic language that worth studying and analyzing
and fixing ..

Chahine if you think that I am on the right track tell me so that I will go
forword with brain storming .. I am out of brain power now, and need to
refuel :-)
