Alrighty then. You have not answered my question (which is, give me
something to test with). But, since this would take me forever to get
out of you, I just take the short route and generated the silly locales
;)

[elzubeir at sina:elzubeir]$ locale -a
C
POSIX
ar_AE.utf8
en_US.utf8
fr_FR.utf8

I hope this would be satisfactory ;)
