* Fixed a bug causing wrong Assr prayer in Southern hemisphere
  locations. I wish it had been reported earlier, but thanks to Djihed
  Afifi and the Minbar community, and Khaled Hosny for the link.
* Renamed thuhr to zuhr
* Reverted the mathhab from double to int. In the future we may have
  two variables instead, assrmethod, to support additional Assr
  calculation methods, and a separate double variable for the
  shadow-ratio.
* This code is now ready for a new release, pending any minor changes.
