Log Message:
* Reworked the font again from scratch, ensuring that we support all languages supported by Scheherazade.
* As a side effect, diacritic over Allah ligature are broken, Kasra is bellow Shadda, no presentation forms. Should be easily fixable.
* Replaced Arabic Percent Sign rounded dots with trapezoid ones.
* Replaced Sindhi Meem variants with calligraphically better ones.
