Log Message:
* Disabled shadda kasra and shadda kasratan ligatures, so that kasra and kasratan go bellow base glyph instead of being bellow shadda and above the base glyph. This seems to be the common calligraphic practice.
* Updated the copyright to include my full name, refer to Scheherazade font and OFL.
