* Isolate the astro stuff from the prayer.c for a more modular design
* Intervals should not be set when Maghrib/Shurooq is 99
* Added improved Invalid/error handling for all prayers
* More minor bug fixing and slight comment improvements
* Reduce calls to DEG_TO_RAD preprocessor
