+ Integrated abdulhaq's patch for end of the line sanity
+ Corrected the CAPRtl table
+ As it turns out miniBidi didnt fail any tests, I just used the 
  wrong charset.
+ Now fails only 1 test logicaly not visually, I think the  '>' is
  an Explicit mark in the test result
