Log Message:
Fixing plural form in the header.
Used to be:
Plural-Forms: Plural-Forms: nplurals=blah blah blah
Now it is:
Plural-Forms: nplurals=blah blah blah
Hope this fixes the problem messing up the status script.
If it does, will make similiar changes to all other files and commit ASAP.
