+ Two modes of operation
  - New DICT public access (for Arabeyes' wordlist)
  - Retained Local/MySQL suggestion capability
+ Reworked various internal functions (consistency)
+ Added "download" option to download new/all suggested term
  - Term inclusion into golden wordlist is to be done by hand
+ Minor documentation changes/updates
+ On-track for 2.0 release
