+ Removed local debug code
+ Remove utf-8 forced encoding - warning instructs user to do himself
  - Man/help files notes to include it in their .vimrc file
+ Made cmdmsg_rl be part of 'rightleft' instead of 'arabic'
  - Added new command option 'rightleftcmd'
+ Added a new option 'arabicshape' to disable shaping
+ Updated documentation to reflect changes
+ Added necessary documentation for new command options
+ A single ":set arabic" (as before) does all that is required except,
  - font     (you need to set it via ":set guifont=..." as before)
  - encoding (you need to set it via ":set encoding=utf-8")
** All changes per Bram's instructions (for Vim-6.2)
+ Patch is now against vim-6.1.469
