+ Added a segmentation function to aralex to break word to possible prefix,
  stem, suffix
+ Adding aradict which is a class that loads the dictionary and other
  auxillary tables for Duali
+ Adding misc which is as the name suggests, miscellanous functions that don't
  fit anywhere specific
