Log Message:
fixed the katoob_debug() macro warnings when compiling without 
"--enable-debug", fixed an infinute loop when changing the encoding from the 
encoding menu, removed some unused functions, Discovered some code in the 
function katoob_delete_buffer(), So it's used in the opening routines!, Reordered the file alphabitically in the Makefile.am
