Log Message:
Initial import of some mlterm files,
which will be chopped and tossed to make several libraries : 
one will be responsible for holding the terminal guts in a bidi friendly way,
and another one will be responsible for character encoding conversions,
and parsing.

Since mlterm was picked as the bases of a multi lingual program, I will not
intentionally remove the far eastern language support.
