+ Improved security (NULL logins, empty action, etc)
+ Added ability for SuperAdmin to modify rejection email
+ Added global $debug variable for self-explanatory reasons
+ Added mini FAQ to accepted applicants
+ Made Any match default over Exact match (in searches)
+ Added procedure descriptions to all subroutines
+ Added a README note on passwords (due to questions)
