Log Message:
+ VIM now compiles w/ changes -- doesn't do anything, but compiles
  - There are still LOTs of places were farsi exists but not Arabic (CHECK)
+ Added all the glyphs (and encoding) for both 8859-6 and form-B
  - This should be complete now; code is needed to use 'em :-)
+ Added fake arabic.c for compile to proceed
