Modified Files:
	kcminfo.po

Log Message:

Translated completely, but sounds more like a transliteration rather than a translation, almost every other word is fuzzy, and frankly, I think it would be much more understandable in English. One word I'd like to be revised (although singling out a word that occurs only twice sounds silly when all the words are in need of revision) is 'padding', which occurs in that form once and as 'scanline_pad' in another place. Also, there is the word 'Instance' is most probably translated incorrectly. I have translated it as a time instance, when I think it is intended to mean an instance as the one that occurs in programming or one case of a more general thing. I couldn't find an arabic word for that. Whoever wants to revise the file can run a search for these terms and replace them. Words like buffer, block, etc. have been transliterated. If you can find translations, please change them. Anyway, this file is for system settings (and quite complicated ones too), so I assume anyone who uses the application would already know the English terms, and changing them to our terms which we make up will simply confuse the user.
