BTW, is someone in touch with the team maintaining OpenOffice Debian
packages?
On the Educ at tice trade show booth we had last week, I wanted to show
an Arabic OO on my Debian system but unfortunately we dont have any
openoffice.org-l10n-ar package for OO 2.0 right now.
I don't exactly know how openoffice.org-l10n-* packages are maintained
together, but it would seem likely that this issue is followed
closely.
PS: I again had several occasions to talk about Arabic l10n in Free
Software. This happens at every single expo I attend in France because
of our very strong links with the Arabic-speaking community. This
again gave me several opportunities to mention Arabeyes as the
"central player" in the game of Arabic l10n for FOSS.
