Youcef Rabah Rahal -- you have been chosen to take on this topic due
to your math background (you do have a PhD in related stuff after all :-)
as well as translation prowess.  Do please contact the people mentioned
in the above URL and CC any relevant exchanges to this list.

Feel free to solicit help as you see fit.  We're just trying to get
more of Arabeyes' people involved in the various standards committees
and groups out there so we can, for a change, start deciding our own
fate and direction.

Anyone else willing to help (I still have more names :-) ?
