You mean the only CVS link on the main page ? Or the links to the projects' 
pages ? :-) I don't see a need for that. If someone want a CVS tarball they 
go to the project's page (Katoob for ex ;-) and they click directly on 'CVS 
Snapshot' without having to go through ViewCVS or anything.
