While it is my preference to use a table format, I assumed it will be a
little awkward for anyone who would like to add a program, so I made it
a little easier.

Every now and then (on a weekly basis in the start, or according to the
frequency of program addition) I will publish a table similar to the
SAIS doc. In this table I can put applications with full information and
take these out of the free form entries, if you think this is better.

This wiki page, however, is for every person to add applications, or
that is at least my intention. If people find it easy to add in a
tabular format, that's ok.

Also it will be possible for others to add more comments or longer
importance sentences, which will be edited in the finished table.
